I have rendered many many video files. Even this same project. But for some reason, since yesterday, I cannot render my project, or anything else (believe me, I've tried to render literally any after effects or premiere pro project I can find on my system, and they all fail).

I'm running Media Encoder 13.1.13 (build 45) on Mac OS X 10.14.6

Steps I have taken:

Based on your Model you need the Intel GMA Driver according to Dell the most current version is:Version 8., A11Dell has a system detect tool you can use in their support section that detects your hardware.Here is the link for your adapters driver from Dell.being said download and install at your own risk. I only found that based on your model. Dell latitude e4310 windows 10 drivers. I'm not sure what you are trying to do but don't disable or delete your primary display adapter or you'll risk not seeing anything. So I guess if you need toupdate it or reinstall it you could try this.
